The per-visit rate covers walk-behind tools: shovels, spreader and walk-behind blower. Loader work needs a separate quote. A post-storm window must be agreed. The proposed 24-hour window requires written acceptance; no immediate dispatch or guaranteed arrival. No seasonal residential contracts.
