Request and confirmation

The form collects a request, with no booking or load approval. A human checks customer, scope, vehicle, equipment, coverage, time, funding, margin and written confirmation. Availability flags are necessary but never sufficient for dispatch.

Consumers

Individuals or unclear status: human review. Any advance is by credit card only. After completion, payment by any agreed method. Cancellation is settled at documented actual costs.

Companies

Companies, for business purposes: Interac deposit only under written terms, with an agreed written article 2125 waiver. Machine work follows a commercial policy of 100% of rental and delivery before movement. Terms require written acceptance; this policy is not an absolute legal safeguard.

Price and equipment

Published rates are indicative; the written quote specifies price, taxes and fees. Machines are rented per project, subject to availability, compatibility and coverage. No machine is promised before confirmed reservation.

Disposal and cancellation

Materials are sorted; receiving-site acceptance and fees are confirmed before departure and included in the quote. Free cancellation after loading is never promised. Actual costs must be documented; applicable consumer rights remain.

Limits and special requests

We do not take on foundations, French drains, demolition, concrete, elevators or lifts. Structural piles and footings are not offered. Port runs, mixed junk, construction debris and jump-starts are not offered at this stage. No seasonal residential snow-clearing contracts. No hazardous material transport or loads whose weight or securement cannot be approved.

Every complaint or question about licences, payload or construction sites is handled by a human.
