Who collects information?

What you provide
The form sends customer type, contact details, service, municipality, requested dates, relevant addresses, answers, up to four photos and your SMS consent choice. Photos are resized to JPEG in your browser before sending. Avoid faces, licence plates and sensitive data.
Automated assistant and storage
Chat sends a random session identifier, language and conversation content to our /api/chat service. The identifier is held in browser local storage, without a cookie; messages stay in page memory and are transmitted to the service. A human handoff also sends the contact details you provide. The service retains requests and transcripts to prepare a quote and provide human follow-up.
Use, access and retention
Information is used to assess feasibility, respond, prepare a quote and document your choices. It is intended for authorized request handlers and necessary technical providers. Our processors are Cloudflare for hosting, email and D1 storage, OpenRouter to route conversations to the AI model, and Telegram plus email for notifications and human handoffs. Requests may retain the user agent and a SHA-256 IP hash to limit abuse; the API does not store raw IPs. Purpose-based retention: requests 24 months for project follow-up, chats 12 months for human handoff; navigation beacons without cookies or identifiers, aggregated daily.
You can ask the privacy contact about access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion. Withdrawal may limit project handling; some records may need to be retained under applicable obligations.
SMS and browsing
SMS consent is optional and separate. Reply STOP to withdraw. No advertising cookies. Anonymous beacons measure pages and contact actions. Google Fonts makes a connection to Google; hosting technical logs may contain connection data. You can clear the chat identifier in browser local storage.
